Anglian Water is seeking a Water Smart Development Programme Lead to turn Integrated Water Management ambitions into delivery. You’ll influence investment planning and work across AMP9 priorities while engaging with multiple partners to drive growth and sustainability.

The role sits in our Environmental Outcomes / Sustainability team and offers hybrid working with a base in Huntingdon or a flexible pattern dependent on role requirements.

Formación

• Proven programme or project management experience delivering complex initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead programme management and delivery across water-smart initiatives with governance and benefits tracking.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, programmes and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to embed Integrated Water Management in planning.
• Develop integrated solutions combining water efficiency, reuse, drainage and growth objectives.
• Identify funding opportunities and develop business cases and partnerships.
• Coordinate governance boards and workshops to align diverse partners.
