Job summary

IES Utilities Group is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of non-infrastructure water projects across the Anglian Water region. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with Project Managers and clients to ensure work is completed to programme, within budget and to high standards.

This role offers long-term opportunities within a growing utility services company, with a commitment to safety and quality across live water assets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the UK Water Industry.
• Experience delivering non-infrastructure water projects (minor civils and mechanical).
• Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary site teams.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering and concrete repair methodologies.
• Excellent health, safety and environmental compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for safe day-to-day management of site activities.
• Manage direct labour, subcontractors, plant, materials and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme and to client expectations.
• Coordinate all activities related to project and construction works.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage project risks.
• Maintain site records and reporting.
• Support project reporting and planning activities.
