Job summary

Anglian Water's @one Alliance is seeking a GIME Site Manager to lead site safety and drive efficient delivery across Water Recycling projects. You will oversee Supervisors and Delivery Teams, ensuring timely completion within budget while promoting ongoing improvement and innovation.

The role requires experience in construction, water/utility environments, and proficiency with MS Office for administration and basic project management. A strong safety culture is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven site leadership and safety drive on industrial projects.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
• Experience in cost control and planning to meet budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide active leadership of Health & Safety on site.
• Drive cultural change to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Oversee site Supervisors and Delivery Teams to complete projects safely and on time.
• Coach and mitigate underperformance to optimise performance.
• Maintain key site documentation to meet legislation and @one standards.
• Specify procurement requirements of plant, materials, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project teams through online portals for site performance.
• Participate in collaborative planning and project rehearsals for buildability.
