Job summary

ESL UK is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multidisciplinary water design projects in the Manchester area. You will work with engineers, clients and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

The role requires solid project management experience within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, strong programme and cost-control skills, and the ability to lead small teams.

Qualifications

• Solid project management experience.
• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of project programmes and cost control.
• Ability to lead small teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Understanding of commercial and contractual principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multidisciplinary water design projects.
• Ensure on-programme delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Manage NEC and other contract requirements.
• Develop and manage project programmes.
• Maintain client relationships and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal design teams and external supply chain partners.
• Support tenders and proposals.
• Develop Assistant Project Managers and junior staff.
