Job summary

Randstad CPE has partnered with a leading tier-one infrastructure contractor to deliver a major, multi-year water framework. The Project Manager will own operations and commercial aspects of complex water assets across the Southwest/West of England, steering schemes from initial design through to commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering water infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract frameworks.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting ability.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of water projects from design to handover.
• Commercial and financial control, forecasting and value engineering.
• Risk management and site documentation approval.
• Lead internal teams and specialist subcontractors on site.
• Manage client and regulatory stakeholder expectations.
