You will take ownership of project performance, ensuring designs are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, while also supporting the development of more junior project managers.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to required quality standards
  • Managing and administering NEC and other contract requirements
  • Developing, updating and managing project programmes
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Reporting project progress, risks and performance to senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating internal design teams and external supply chain partners
  • Managing project change, variations and commercial considerations
  • Supporting the preparation of tenders and proposals
  • Leading and developing Assistant Project Managers and junior team members

  • Experience working with NEC and fixed-price contracts
  • Experience managing change and variation within design projects
