Reporting to the EUR&I Strategy & Growth Director, this external-facing role blends market leadership with bid leadership, ensuring delivery of sector targets and sustained year-on-year growth across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Proven success in leading business development and growth within the Water sector in a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Water sector dynamics, clients, and competitors.
• Proven ability to build high-value relationships with senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Water sector within Environment & Energy Europe with UK/Ireland focus (2027).
• Build and maintain high-value client relationships across the sector.
• Lead development and implementation of a sector growth plan and client engagement strategies.
• Drive bid leadership and capture management for strategic opportunities.
