• Proven track record of leading business development and growth within the Water sector in a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Water sector dynamics, clients, and competitors.
• Ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships at senior levels.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate vision into action plans.
• Seasoned capture manager with ability to position for and secure opportunities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Water sector-related technical delivery.
• Established industry profile with thought leadership potential.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusive leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for the Water sector in Environment & Energy Europe, with UK & Ireland focus in 2027.
• Lead development and implementation of sector growth plans and client engagement strategies.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships and drive YoY growth across disciplines.
• Lead bid leadership, resourcing, and win strategy for strategic pursuits.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and provide quarterly sector performance updates.
• Collaborate across Business Lines for multi-disciplinary projects.
