Stantec invites a Design Manager to help shape major water projects in Scotland. Based in Edinburgh or Glasgow with hybrid working, you will lead a team from concept to detailed design, delivering clean water, wastewater, flood risk and urban drainage initiatives across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experienced Engineer with strong technical expertise in Civils, Mechanical and Electrical, Process or relevant discipline.
• Chartered status with a relevant engineering institution; support can be provided to achieve this if required.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver water projects from concept to detailed design.
• Oversee design & build delivery, detailed design, and owners engineer services with complex collaboration.
• Guide clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver leading-edge designs across projects.
