Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking an Operational Team Administrator to support Water Recycling Operations across Northampton (Great Billing) and Milton Keynes (Cotton Valley).

The role focuses on essential administrative duties within a safe, sustainable water recycling environment. You will coordinate meetings, maintain health and safety records, manage data in line with GDPR, and handle orders for PPE and office supplies.

Qualifications

• Secretarial and/or administrative experience.
• Excellent IT skills with MS Office 365.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and record all meetings (meeting rooms, record minutes, arrange refreshments, organising invitations and communicating with attendees)
• Managing meeting diaries, scheduling 1:2:1 meetings and monthly team meetings with efficiency and effectiveness is mind
• Maintaining health and safety records for all team members
• Keeping a record of gaps and/or training that is due to expire
• Ensuring that all data collection and retention is in line with GDPR regulations
• Ordering PPE, tools and equipment and stationery for team members
