Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a R&M Operative/Team member to support Severn Trent Water Repair and Maintenance contracts on-site, delivering first-class service with technical expertise and team leadership to ensure work is completed right first time.

You will engage on safety, contract knowledge, and customer focus, while communicating with internal and external stakeholders. A valid UK driving licence and relevant qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications related to the work, e.g. NRWSA supervisory level.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• IOSH beneficial but not essential.
• Firm understanding of right first time Shea Water EUSR Blue Card.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Have good knowledge of site safety and site setups with public and team welfare.
• Have knowledge and experience of Repair and Maintenance contracts.
• Maintain a customer focus.
• Use GARD (smartphone) to deliver all feedback for commercial and reinstatement feedback.
• Liaise with Support Services and Street works Team to manage FPN and Section74 liabilities and maintain right first time.
