Network Plus is seeking a Site Supervisor for the Derby area to lead Repair and Maintenance teams delivering safe, on-time, and within-budget water network work for Severn Trent Water. The role emphasizes health and safety, right-first-time delivery, and customer satisfaction of developers.

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for local operational teams who deliver the day to day aspects of Repair and Maintenance of the water network
You will supervise the teams – ensuring that the work is delivered safely on time, within budget and to our client’s expectations.
In addition to Health and Safety, customer service is critical to our work. You will ensure that work is carried out in a manner, which builds the confidence of developers and adopts a 'right first time' approach.
Satisfaction of developers is measured through a new regulatory measure called C-MeX. You will work closely with Severn Trent Water.
