Job summary

Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects in Nottinghamshire. You will oversee design, construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring work is delivered to time, cost and quality while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.

The role requires multi-disciplinary delivery experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with NEC contracts. A competitive £70,000–£75,000 salary with car/allowance and package is offered.

Qualifications

• Project management experience on multi-disciplinary design and construction projects, preferably water.
• Degree or equivalent in construction, commercial, or engineering.
• Excellent oral and written communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Delivery driven with ability to set targets and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in project delivery.
• Strategic, operational, technical and management skills.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and ability to negotiate/ administer.

Responsibilities

• Promote exceptional safety and delivery quality standards on direct and subcontracted work.
• Ensure BMS is implemented at all stages of project delivery.
• Maintain relationships with client and suppliers.
• With the Design Manager, review technical, safety and environmental aspects for each project.
• Prepare and approve detailed construction plans and method statements.
• Manage commercial aspects with accurate forecasts and estimates.
• Apply Quality, Safety and Environmental policies and targets.
