Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Project Manager - Water in Peterborough, offering hybrid working and a salary guide of £65,000–£75,000 plus car/allowance and excellent benefits. The role focuses on delivering water industry projects to time, cost and quality, with CDM compliance and SHE standards.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team through the full project lifecycle, coordinating with Commercial and Planning to forecast costs and resources, and ensuring safe,

Qualifications

• PM experience delivering multi-disciplinary design and construction projects, preferably in water.
• Degree or equivalent in construction, commercial, or engineering.
• Excellent oral and written communication with clients, stakeholders, end users.
• Delivery-driven with ability to set targets and manage multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Ensure CDM compliance of each scheme through audits and reviews to promote a Zero-Harm culture.
• Build and maintain a high performing team culture across Engineers to Commercial staff.
• Translate programme strategy into outcomes so teams understand their roles.
• Own full project lifecycle from needs through scoping, construction, handover and warranty issues.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Planning to keep cost/resource forecasts accurate and escalate where needed.
• Oversee promoted solutions ensuring safety, viability and fit-for-purpose delivery.
• Ensure projects meet deliverables and key milestones such as rehearsal and assembly readiness.
