Veriflo Limited is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient delivery of clean water network operations across London and Thames Valley. You will lead field teams, provide technical guidance, and coordinate complex isolations and investigations, ensuring high standards of safety and client service.

This hands-on supervisory role requires strong leadership, water network expertise and a commitment to continuous improvement in operational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams in clean water distribution environments.
• Strong understanding of water quality and network monitoring equipment.
• Proven leadership in health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe delivery of clean water network operations and lead field teams.
• Coordinate multi-site activities, plan isolations and asset investigations.
• Provide technical guidance on mains tracing and leak detection.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and client requirements.
• Develop team capabilities and mentor technicians and apprentices.
