Arcadis is recruiting an NEC ECC Project Manager to lead civil engineering, water and utility projects in the UK. You will administer NEC contracts, provide contractual advice during construction, and collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

You will be expected to manage project risk, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and maintain high standards of safety and quality across schemes with a focus on flood defence and resilience.

Formación

• Experience in project management of large-scale civil/utility projects.
• Strong background with NEC4/NEC3 ECC contracts and contract administration.
• Experience delivering water and flood defense schemes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NEC ECC contract management for multiple schemes.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants to meet time, budget and quality targets.
• Provide technical and contractual guidance during construction and resolve issues promptly.
