Arcadis in the UK is recruiting an NEC ECC Project Manager to join our Water teams supporting flood defence schemes. You will lead projects across civil, water and utility sectors, delivering on NEC contracts with rigorous contract administration and early advisory input.

The role focuses on delivering safe, sustainable outcomes for clients, with strong collaboration across stakeholders, risk management and reporting, while upholding health and safety and quality standards on complex schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing NEC ECC contracts on large civil/water projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC4/NEC3 contract administration and claims.
• Experience in civil engineering, water or utilities sectors.
• Professional membership (ICE/RICS/APM/CIWEM) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage NEC4/NEC3 ECC contracts across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and third parties.
• Provide early contractual advice and construction phase administration.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Deliver high-quality reporting to inform decisions.
• Promote health and safety and environmentally responsible outcomes.
