Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced NEC4 ECC Site Supervisor to join our Water Catchment Management team in the UK. You will represent the client on site, ensuring works align with NEC4 ECC contracts, drawings, and safety requirements, while coordinating with project managers and contractors to deliver quality outcomes.

This role supports high-profile flood resilience and environmental programmes with flexible, hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

Knowledge of NEC ECC contracts (ideally NEC4).
Experience as Site Supervisor on civil infrastructure or environmental projects (Environment Agency preferred).
Understanding of construction quality, compliance and site assurance.

Responsibilities

Represent the client on site, ensuring works meet NEC4 ECC contracts, drawings and health and safety requirements.
Monitor contractor progress and report to the ECC Project Manager.
Review drawings, specifications and construction documentation for compliance.
Assess planning and management effectiveness during construction.
Undertake site inspections to verify workmanship and quality.
Promote health, safety and wellbeing culture on site; stop work if risk identified.
Support communication between contractors, project teams and stakeholders.
Help ensure flood defence and civil infrastructure projects are delivered safely.
