Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced operational leader to head delivery on the South East Water contract across Kent, Sussex, and Basingstoke. You will supervise field teams, manage fleet and resources, and drive performance against KPIs while maintaining data integrity and reporting quality.

Based across multiple sites with regular travel, you will influence service delivery, coach supervisors, and align activities with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Prince 2 (PM2) certification.
• Experience with NEC contracts or similar UK water utility frameworks.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development within utilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based teams delivering leak detection, data collection and CSL services.
• Coordinate operations across Kent, Sussex and Basingstoke to meet KPIs and targets.
• Manage fleet utilisation, resource planning and site coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting and continuous improvement across all workstreams.
• Engage with client representatives and plan delivery with stakeholders.
