Job summary

RTL Group is seeking a Site Manager to deliver United Utilities water infrastructure schemes across the UK. You will lead day-to-day site operations, supervise site teams and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered to programme, to specification, and with rigorous RAMS and safety compliance.

The role requires a strong civil engineering background, water industry experience, and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations.
• Supervising site teams and subcontractors.
• Overseeing delivery of water infrastructure works.
• Liaising with United Utilities.
• Conducting toolbox talks.
• Health and safety compliance.
• Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation.
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
• Monitoring quality and maintaining site records.
• Reporting progress to the Project Manager.
