Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to take responsibility for delivering water treatment and civil works. You will oversee day-to-day engineering activities to ensure safety, programme, and quality within budget.

You will lead Site Engineers and subcontractors, review drawings, interpret CAD layouts, and contribute to RAMS and construction methodology input. This is a long-term contract role on flagship projects.

Qualifications

• Senior Engineer with proven experience delivering water treatment or heavy civil projects.
• Strong QA procedures experience and ability to manage RAMS and construction methodologies.
• Experience reviewing drawings, resolving technical queries, and interpreting CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day engineering delivery of water treatment and civil works.
• Lead and support Site Engineers and subcontractors.
• Review drawings and specifications; resolve technical queries with design team.
