Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is recruiting a Site Manager to deliver a water treatment scheme in Worcester for a national civil engineering contractor. You will manage day-to-day site operations and supervise site teams and subcontractors.

Ensure delivery to programme, liaise with the client and project team, and lead toolbox talks with strict health and safety management including RAMS and permits. IT-literate with full UK driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• CSCS Black or Gold card is essential.
• SMSTS or an equivalent health and safety qualification.
• IT literate with basic software skills.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations.

• Overseeing delivery of water treatment and civil works.
