Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited in Farnborough, Hampshire, is seeking a capable Site Agent to lead on a major water infrastructure framework. You will manage on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works conform to NEC contracts while upholding safety and quality standards.

This contract role pays up to £400 per day outside IR35 and runs for 12+ months with good extension prospects. You will be the on-site presence, driving the programme, approving RAMS, issuing permits, and setting

Qualifications

• Proven Site Agent or Sub Agent experience on civil engineering or water infrastructure projects.
• Solid understanding of NEC contract processes at site level.
• Strong subcontractor management skills.
• Water sector experience is an advantage.
• SMSTS, CSCS Black or Gold Card, First Aid at Work, and EUSR Water Hygiene are required before start.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across allocated schemes.
• Coordinate gangs and subcontractors; review RAMS and method statements.
• Issue permits, drive programme, maintain quality and safety standards on site.
• Be the constant on-site presence when the PM oversees multiple projects.
