Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a London-based, long-term water industry contract. You will oversee day-to-day delivery, supervise subcontractors and site teams, and ensure safe, on-programme completion to the required standard.

Role involves coordinating site activities across water and wastewater projects, maintaining RAMS, permits, and safety, and working closely with Site/Project Managers, engineers and client teams. Immediate start for a 12+ month engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Supervisor experience within the UK water industry.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.
• Experience on water, wastewater or utilities projects.
• Good understanding of RAMS, permits and site safety.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• CSCS.
• EUSR National Water Hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Supervising subcontractors and site teams.
• Coordinating daily site activities and work fronts.
• Ensuring works align with drawings, specs and RAMS.
• Carrying out toolbox talks and site briefings.
• Checking permits and safe systems of work.
• Monitoring progress and reporting against programme.
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
• Carrying out site inspections.
• Maintaining site records and daily reports.
• Handling day-to-day on-site issues.
• Working with engineers and project management.
• Supporting quality inspections, testing and handover.
• Maintaining health, safety and environmental standards.
