Qualifications

• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multi-discipline site ops.
• NEC contract awareness relevant to on-site delivery.
• Water sector experience strongly preferred.
• SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card, First Aid at Work, and EUSR Water Hygiene required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site delivery across water infrastructure schemes in Leatherhead.
• Coordinate subcontractors, review work packages, issue permits, manage RAMS, maintain programme and quality.
• Provide leadership to the site team and interface with client site reps.
• Drive NEC contract administration on site, including early warnings and compensation events.
