Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited in the UK is recruiting a Project Manager to lead Water Infrastructure delivery in Farnborough, Hampshire. This contract role offers up to £475 per day outside IR35 and an initial 12‑month term plus potential extension.

You will own the project lifecycle from early engagement to handover, chair progress meetings, manage NEC contract obligations, and coordinate with the client, supply chain and internal teams across treatment and network infrastructure.

Qualifications

• A proven background delivering civil engineering or water infrastructure projects at Project Manager level, with a track record of delivering on programme and budget.
• NEC contract experience is non-negotiable; comfortable administering the contract.
• Water sector experience preferred (treatment works, pipework, pumping stations, or network infra).
• SMSTS, Black/Gold CSCS Card and EUSR Water Hygiene required before mobilisation.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery, managing teams and driving the programme.
• Control costs and coordinate with client, supply chain and internal teams.
• Lead multiple packages and chair progress meetings to manage compensation events and early warnings.
• Oversee NEC contract obligations and ensure alignment of programme and commercial position.
