Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Agent to support major civil engineering and infrastructure projects in the Thames Water region. You will manage day-to-day site delivery, coordinate construction activities and ensure works meet safety, programme, and contractual requirements.

You will work with engineering teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to drive successful delivery on live sites, with a strong emphasis on sequencing and NEC contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy civils or infrastructure projects.
• Experience across earthworks, reinforced concrete structures, pipelines, drainage, utilities, highways, rail, energy or other major civil engineering schemes.
• Strong site management experience.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing and NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site delivery and coordinate construction activities.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme, quality and contractual requirements.
• Work closely with engineering teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders to drive delivery across live construction environments.
