Job summary

Network Plus is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Southwest Water Lead Replacement Programme across Devon, Cornwall and West Dorset. You will be accountable for safe, quality delivery in line with client specs and reporting requirements.

You will drive HSEQ compliance, maintain documentation, site records, forward planning and forecasting, and ensure assets are installed to specification. Liaising with planning and street works teams, you will support the Delivery Manager to optimise

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, and quality assured delivery of the programme / works in accordance with the Clients specifications and reporting requirements.
• Drive forward the implementation of HSEQ requirements in line with Network Plus processes and client requirements.
• Maintain documentation, site records, forward planning and forecasting, progress photographs and progress.
• Ensure all subcontract resources work to Networks Plus HSEQ requirements and that assets are installed to the correct specification.
• Liaise with planning and street works teams to ensure efficient delivery; assist the Delivery Manager to maintain optimal performance in delivery of the works.
• Report and manage physical progress and financial status on projects.
