Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager for UK water sector delivery, coordinating scope, programme, cost and quality across multiple schemes. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through feasibility, design, construction, commissioning and handover to clients such as South East Water and Anglian Water.

The role requires NEC3/NEC4 experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a collaborative leadership style with client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Relevant years of project delivery experience in the UK water sector.
• Experience managing projects or work packages within water infrastructure, utilities, engineering or construction.
• Practical experience of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts, including early warnings and changes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering on time, cost, quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water infrastructure projects or defined work packages from initiation through handover.
• Establish objectives, scope, delivery strategy and success measures with client and Project Director.
• Manage programme, cost, risk, change and quality; coordinate interfaces.
• Coach and support junior team members and promote continuous improvement.
