Job summary

Galliford Try Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the Environment Business on the Affinity Water framework. The role is based around Rickmansworth, with potential across regional sites, focusing on high-quality electrical installation and safe, compliant delivery.

You will serve as Electrical Authorised Person where appointed, manage RAMS, coordinate electrical subcontractors, and support the design team to meet asset standards and client specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the water industry.
• Track record of site management and delivering electrical installation through to takeover.
• Experience managing client interface day-to-day.
• Understanding of water industry processes and electrical equipment.
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental approaches.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office for reports.

Responsibilities

• Keep the site safe for everyone and deliver electrical installation to a high standard.
• Act as Electrical Authorised Person where appointed and review RAMS.
• Supervise electrical subcontractors and ensure QA/QC on installations.
• Coordinate with design team to meet client specifications and asset standards.
• Support commissioning and handover activities, ensuring smooth takeover.
