Job summary

Future Select Ltd in Leeds is seeking an experienced Water Hygiene / Water Treatment Operations Manager to oversee regional contracts and teams. You will manage engineers and office staff, ensuring works are completed on time and to high standards across the Yorkshire region.

Lead safety and compliance initiatives, coordinate with administration for materials and onboarding, and communicate effectively with clients. A competitive salary plus a company vehicle and mobile/laptop are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven Operations Manager experience in Water Hygiene/Water Treatment.
• Able to lead site and office staff confidently.
• Industry qualifications or training is preferred.
• Robust technical knowledge including HSG 274 and ACOP L8.
• Excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills.
• Proficient in using IT software.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing regional Water Hygiene and Water Treatment contracts.
• Managing a team of engineers and office staff to meet scope and deadlines.
• Carrying out competency checks and training across staff.
• Coordinating projects with administration for materials and onboarding.
• Meeting with clients to discuss performance and enquiries.
• Planning and allocating work; organizing team training.
• Working with the quality/technical team to address safety issues.
• Running regular company meetings and maintaining client relationships.
• Upselling additional company services and producing progress reports.
