Future Select Limited in Leeds, West Yorkshire, is looking for a proactive Water Hygiene / Water Treatment Operations Manager. You will supervise a busy team, liaise with clients to ensure contracts are delivered to a high standard, and provide technical support daily.

The role requires hands-on compliance experience, strong communication, and the ability to develop staff while driving contract success across multiple sites. Salary is competitive with benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in Water Hygiene/Water Treatment.
• Experience supervising/managing teams of engineers.
• Excellent knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Good literacy and numeracy; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations for a Water Hygiene/Water Treatment outfit.
• Monitoring contract progress and staff performance.
• Carrying out competency checks on office and site staff and recommending training.
• Attending client meetings on site to discuss requirements and provide technical support.
• Scoping for new projects and opportunities.
• Training and onboarding new engineers/team members.
• Promoting company services and identifying commercial opportunities.
• Collaborating with the sales team to oversee new contract onboarding.
• Being the principal point of contact for clients.
• Participating in internal meetings to discuss company performance.
• Maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge and relationships with clients.

Job Title: Water Hygiene / Treatment Operations Manager

Salary/Benefits: £35k – £45k + Training & Benefits

A leading name within the Water Hygiene / Water Treatment industry is seeking a proactive and reliable Operations Manager to join their team. We are seeking someone with strong hands-on experience with conducting compliance tasks, who can utilise their expertise to successfully oversee a busy department. Our client is open to considering candidates who have some management / supervisory experience who would like to move into an operational role. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, to ensure contracts are delivered to a high standard and within agreed scopes. In addition, you will lead a team of site staff, providing technical support and general guidance on a daily basis. Experience / Qualifications:

• – Strong track record working within the Water Hygiene / Water Treatment industry
• – Must have experience supervising / managing teams of engineers
• – Excellent industry technical knowledge, including: ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• – Strong verbal and written communications
• – Proficient in using IT software
• – Ideally will hold industry-related training courses
• – Good literacy and numeracy skills
