Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is partnering with a specialist Water Hygiene and Treatment company to recruit an Operations Manager for the North East of England. You will oversee the planning and delivery of compliance services, including legionella risk assessments, equipment servicing and monitoring duties.

The role requires strong technical knowledge (ACOP L8, HSG 274), proven team leadership, and excellent client-facing skills. A company vehicle, pension scheme and annual leave are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven success as an Operations Manager in Water Hygiene/Treatment.
• Strong knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Experience leading engineers and office staff.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations within a Water Hygiene / Treatment company.
• Act as key contact for clients, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor overall company performance and drive improvements.
• Highlight training needs within teams and organise development.
• Conduct audits on completed works to ensure compliance.
• Attend meetings with clients to discuss requirements and sell services.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
