Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Design Manager to lead water projects across the UK, driving multi-disciplinary design delivery from concept to detailed design and ensuring client value. You will be the technical lead alongside the Project Manager, coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical and process disciplines within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Engineer with strong technical expertise in Civils, Mechanical and Electrical, Process or any other relevant discipline.
• Chartered with a relevant engineering institution; support can be given to achieve this if required.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

• Serve as the technical lead to ensure best value and service excellence.
• Lead design delivery from concept to detailed design across water projects.
