AECOM is seeking an Associate Water Design Lead to drive the technical delivery of potable water, wastewater infrastructure and treatment projects across feasibility to construction. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with clients and partners to deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/environmental engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered or Incorporated with ICE/CIWEM or working towards it.
• Hands-on experience designing complex water/wastewater solutions.
• Experience delivering water and wastewater projects for clients/consultants.
• Experience in feasibility studies and concept/design for water company clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across design stages.
• Manage packages from conception to handover with clients and suppliers.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to align on technical solutions.
• Develop junior team members and mentor staff.
