AECOM is seeking a Lead Design Engineer / Design Manager for its Water team in the UK. Based in North & Midlands offices with a flexible hybrid model, you will lead multidisciplinary design delivery across potable water, wastewater, and flood projects from feasibility to construction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading water/wastewater projects.
• Experience with feasibility, concept design, and detailed design.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of water, wastewater, and flood infrastructure projects across the design lifecycle.
• Oversee key work packages from concept to handover, interfacing with clients and suppliers.
• Develop junior team members and mentor them throughout projects.
