Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Lead Civil Design Manager for its Water team in the UK. You will drive delivery of potable water, wastewater and flood infrastructure projects from feasibility through construction, ensuring milestones, budgets and quality standards are met.

You will lead multidisciplinary design teams, manage client interfaces, and mentor junior engineers while supporting business growth and technical excellence across our UK operations.

Qualifications

• Lead technical delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the design lifecycle.
• Oversight of multidisciplinary design teams and client interfaces.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.
