Job summary

Barclay Simpson is supporting a UK-based search for a Regulatory Compliance & Solutions Manager in Water Compliance, Packaging, and Product & Commercial Change. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid work (3–4 days in the office) in the UK.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on water compliance knowledge, familiarity with EU and UK regulations, and a proven ability to translate complex rules into actionable solutions across Product, R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply

Qualifications

• Water compliance experience is the key requirement.
• Experience with EU and UK water regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Track and map changing UK and EU regulations.
• Understand product, operations and commercial implications.
• Develop practical technical or commercial solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Present options to senior leadership and influence investment.
• Drive delivery plans and remove blockers to implementation.
