Job summary

AECOM in Bristol is offering an apprenticeship within the Water team. You will work on hydraulic modelling, drainage design, and flood risk assessments under the guidance of an experienced engineer on live projects.

This role provides hybrid working opportunities in the UK, with extensive training through AECOM University, support to gain professional chartership, and chances for site visits and hands-on project delivery.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including English Language and Mathematics at grade 4/C or above.
• Three A-levels (ABB) including science/engineering-related subjects.
• Demonstrated interest in civil/water engineering and software-based drawing.

Responsibilities

• Undertake technical studies to appraise potable and surface water solutions.
• Contribute to hydraulic modelling and coastal/river flood assessments.
• Assist with design drawings, calculations and regulatory awareness.
