Job summary

Esh Group is seeking a Site Compliance Technician to oversee partner activities from a process and customer perspective. The role focuses on jetting operations and ensuring best practice across the NWG wastewater network, reporting to the Framework Customer & Service Delivery Manager.

The successful candidate will review jetting activities, mentor field teams, audit processes, and ensure ISO standards for quality and health & safety are maintained, while delivering excellent customer service to

Qualifications

Varied experience of the wastewater network.
Varied experience of High-Pressure Water Jetting, Vacuum tanker, CCTV surveys and trenchless technologies (patching/lining/pipe bursting).
Full clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Review and approve jetting operations whilst mentoring the field teams.
Build trust with supply chain to aid mentoring of teams.
Undertake site and operational process audits whilst highlighting any H&S concerns.
Monitor customer impact of activities at all times.
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered by our partners.
Monitor progress of both reactive and pre planned maintenance work from a process & customer perspective.
