Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the wastewater or water industry.
• Knowledge of jetting operations, CCTV surveys or network maintenance.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, quality and compliance.
• Full clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve jetting operations, providing guidance to field teams.
• Build relationships with supply chain partners to support mentoring and compliance.
• Undertake site and operational process audits, identifying and escalating health & safety concerns.
• Monitor customer impact throughout operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor reactive and pre-planned maintenance to ensure processes and customer requirements are followed.
• Maintain accurate records across customer and client management systems.
• Maintain quality assurance documentation in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001.
• Produce accurate progress, quality and compliance reports.
• Promote high standards of health and safety and support compliance with relevant legislation.
• Support continuous improvement across operational processes and service delivery.
