Severn Trent is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support Coleshill wastewater treatment assets. You will maintain heavy mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, and screw conveyors, ensuring reliability and environmental compliance.

Based in Coleshill, you will have a company vehicle and tools, with a driving licence being essential. This role is 37 hours per week and includes standby on a rota with an additional allowance.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Mechanical or equivalent qualification required.
• Driving licence is essential due to site-based work.
• Enjoy outdoor work and flexible to changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Carry out daily maintenance and repair of heavy mechanical equipment across site.
• Work on pumps, motors, gearboxes and conveyors to ensure reliability.
• Maintain infrastructure such as scraper bridges in treatment tanks.
• Join standby rota with additional allowance and respond to priorities.
