Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Waste Water Process Technical Director to lead technical excellence across the national D&AT practice in the UK. You will drive strategy, oversee complex projects, and act as a technical authority in wastewater process engineering, shaping proposals and client solutions.

You will manage talent, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure safe delivery and compliance, and travel UK-wide.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered Engineer (IChemE or CIWEM).
• Extensive leadership of complex, cross-disciplinary projects and programmes.
• Experience in UK Water market is essential.
• Knowledge of current design codes, standards and CDM Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership within the national D&AT practice.
• Influence practice-wide initiatives and improve processes and services.
• Lead Waste Water Process engineering expertise across AtkinsRéalis.
• Oversee bid input and delivery strategy for high-quality submissions.
• Grow and manage the Waste Water Process capability within the national practice.
