Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role is required.
• Knowledge of environmental waste legislation and health and safety requirements.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff and manage a workforce.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage daily refuse and recycling operations.
• Supervise staff and contractors, ensure safety and vehicle maintenance.
• Monitor performance and identify training needs.
• Develop data collection and reporting for the area manager.
• Maintain stock control systems.
