Job summary

Pembrokeshire County Council is recruiting an Environmental Services Support Officer in Wales. The role involves assisting in the administration of our waste and recycling collection operations, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring materials are sorted and bulked appropriately across Pembrokeshire.

Qualifications

• IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and procedures.
• Able to meet deadlines and follow implemented procedures.
• Strong communication skills and existing customer care experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team or with minimal supervision.
• General understanding of financial processes.
