Responsibilities

• Manage and be accountable for daily operational activity to help ensure effective service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with managers, transport colleagues and frontline teams to coordinate resources and maintain operational resilience.
• Help identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and practical way.
• Monitor performance information and contribute to reports, analysis and decision-making.
• Promote compliance with health and safety requirements, council policies and service procedures.
