Job summary

Hull City Council is seeking a Waste Operations Officer to lead a team delivering efficient waste collection services and uphold statutory duties as a Waste Collection Authority. The post focuses on managing teams, safety, performance and service improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction across Hull.

• Develop and implement service improvement projects and operational plans.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency and service performance using business intelligence tools.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints and service issues effectively.
