Job summary

Rozgoo is seeking an on-site Waste Handling Operative to support safe and efficient processing and movement of waste materials. The role requires operating a counterbalance forklift to transport waste containers, pallets and bulk materials, while maintaining site cleanliness and strict adherence to environmental and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities include sorting waste according to site guidelines, safe FLT operation, and assisting with loading/unloading tasks to keep operations running

Qualifications

• Must hold valid FLT counterbalance certification or license.
• Experience with waste sorting and adherence to site safety procedures.
• Ability to operate on-site equipment and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Sort waste into recyclable, general and industrial streams per site guidelines.
• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move waste containers and pallets.
• Load and unload vehicles; maintain a tidy, safe work area following environmental procedures.
