Job summary

TfGM is recruiting an Education & Behavioural Change Manager to lead the Recycle for Greater Manchester education team. You will develop and deliver engaging programmes for schools, communities and professionals, including tours of facilities, outreach sessions and resource development.

You will manage the team, ensure high-quality delivery and work with partners to measure impact. The role requires hands-on delivery, strong communication, and a commitment to health, safety, safeguarding,

Qualifications

Strong background in education, training, teaching or community engagement.
Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging sessions.
Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of education programmes for schools, communities and professionals.
Manage the education team, set priorities and ensure delivery to high standards.
Deliver facility tours and outreach sessions across Greater Manchester.
Develop learning resources and session plans inclusive of diverse audiences.
Ensure activities are planned safely with health and safety, risk management and safeguarding in place.
Collaborate with GMCA, SUEZ, local authorities and partners to improve and evaluate the programme.
