Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintains attention to floor conditions while working near conveyors.

Responsibilities

• Wash and dry pallets fed from the conveyor at the bottom of the line.
• Remove inserts from pallets and sort for recycling when present.
• Stack pallets automatically after processing and maintain cleanliness.

A great opportunity to work as a Wash Plant/PTO Operative at our clients site, who are a global leader in pallet pooling.

Staffline are recruiting for Wash Plant/PTO Operative in West Bromwich.

The rate of pay is £17.05 per hour.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday:

• 6am to 2pm
• 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Wash Plant/PTO Operative you will be situated at the bottom of the conveyor with another member of staff. The empty pallets are fed into the machine from the conveyor belt and they will be washed and dried. If any of the pallets still contain inserts, you will be expected to remove and sort for recycling. The pallets will be stacked automatically once they have reached the end.
